You can download the above example and submit it to UniqueProt.

Help
Each protein sequence starts with a line beginning with ">". Everything after that line is aminoacids in their one-letter code.
uniqueProt ignores the proteins, being found twice or more times in this list.
It does not matter wether the aminoacids are typed in lower or upper case, if there are whitespaces between them nor how much there are in one row.
You may mark the entries with a newline character (but you don't have to!), like it is done between MAT3_RAT and AKA8_HUMAN.
