Download one of the files below (either WINDOWS or LINUX) and decompress in into a folder on your local machine.
Read the included README_LINUX.txt or README_WIN.txt file for further instructions on how to install and run uniqueProt from the command line.

When running UniqueProt on Linux Platforms, it will require an installed version of perl. However, the WINDOWS version does not need Perl and comes as an independent executable (.exe).

In the case of a problem/error message while running uniqueProt from the command-line, please contact me, report the error message and the system you are running the program on and send me a copy of your input file.

NEWS (March 26th '04): UniqueProt is now available for WINDOWS systems. The executables for WINDOWS can be downloaded from this website here.
