Services

TMH Benchmark allows developers of membrane helix prediction algorithms to evaluate where they stand with respect to other methods using a wide range of metrics.

Hobbies

One of my newest "hobbies" is writing websites in Python-based Django framework. This website - www.monopolycharts.com - tracked the progress of the voting for the Monopoly World Edition top 20 cities in real time. The dates are during the month of February 2008. Often events in a given country (e.g. facebook or being featured on a morning show in a that country) corresponded to spikes in the city's vote % (y axis).

What do you do really?

If all this talk about genetic algorithms, predictions methods, and neural networks has your head spinning, this New York Times column about a book called Geek Logik can give you an idea of what we do, but applied to an issue everyone stays up at night worrying about: From Tinseltown to Splitsville: Just Do the Math
