You can get:
Description of Aeropyrum pernix K1
- taxonomy: Archaea; Crenarchaeota; Aeropyrum
- Aeropyrum pernix K1,the first strictly aerobic hyperthermophilic archaeon, was isolated from acoastal solfataric thermal vent at Kodakara-Jima Island, Japan. This microorganism, which is a heterotroph and a new member of Crenarchaeota, grows optimally at 90 to 95 degrees C , pH 7.0, and a salinity of 3.5%.
- The total number of ORF of Aeropyrum pernix K1 used in this study is 2694.
Attention
- This is our high coverage report. The threshold for transmembrane helices is lowered to get higher coverage, so the reliability decreases.
- This page only covers those proteins that are not detected by our normal threshold (shown in our high reliability report).
