All threading methods

• All proteins predicted by each method are given, i.e. not only those used for common subsets
• methods are sorted alphabetically
• the second column gives the average accuracy over all proteins for the respective method
• Note that the months are NOT NOT comparable between the methods since different sets are used!!
• ASCII file with montly averages for methods
